“I have received estimates for the same repairs from at least 5 other shops and I personally took my car to Radair for an inspection. Radair provided me with a quote that was ridiculously high for the repair being done and they even suggested unnecessary repairs that weren't needed at all. However, this shop was exceptionally honest and transparent. They managed to fit my repair in a day earlier than scheduled to fit my availability, provided detailed information about the work being done, and were clear about the costs (I must add that they were lower than all other shop estimates, and 1/4th the repair cost I was quoted at RadAir!). They fixed my mustang the same day, took care of it like it was their own and they were also very friendly! My car is super important to me and I have decided to exclusively bring my Mustang here for repairs. I recommend the same for people who care about quality work on their vehicles, this shop is the best!”
“This was the best rental i ever had truck ran great it was clean easy to use nice long ramp to move with ware picked up they already had things checked an they were busy so this gentlemen was pressed for time when done took back to different location they were slammed but she was nice ,an friendly an was not in no hurry she said we have to do thing right she maid sure everything was like its suppose to be the truck only had 50,000 on it this was my 1st truck that ran on diesel fuel it seemed to get much better mileage i was very pleased with the whole penske experience ....i will be back...”

“Took 16ft truck from Ohio to Texas. Avg 10mpg. Truck was comfortable with good AC. Tires were good. Top speed set about 77 but you don't need to go faster in that kind of truck anyway. Just beware of that limit when passing other trucks or you'll upset the four-wheeler behind you. LOL. It will teach you to have patience with the big-rigs.”

“I was surprized how cheep it was I rented an 8 gallon air compressor for $19.00 per day and I booked it online when I arrived it was ready for me to pick it up .Very frendly people and most importedly it is very very cheep and by the way compressor was almost brand new.”

“I have dealt with moving several times over the years but never had to organize this side of things until now. I will definitely recommend U-Haul and certainly this location. The user interface on the website was perfect for me considering most sites have a bad UI. The process from start to finish was flawless when booking this online for the first time. When I arrived at the location in person we were greeted with a very friendly demeanor and all the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. They clearly had the skills and ambition to perform a great job while also keeping the customers best interest in mind. I also expected the cost to be much higher considering the service you’re using but was very happy with the fair price for everything. The employee was also very thorough with explaining anything I needed to know. I can not recommend this location enough and will be spreading the word. I hope everyone there can know how much they are appreciated for their hard work/effort. With things like this being very stressful in general uhaul at least made this part of moving the least of my worries and the experience alone is worth sharing. Overall 11/10 a great customer experience. I would take any (recent) negative reviews for this location with a grain of salt there’s always those people who have to complain about something and feel entitled.”
“Don't worry U-Haul location, I'll give you a good review so maybe people can trust based on my experience here. Ever since the new drug mart opened way back when, I always wondered what was down in the dungeon below the parking lot? Well, I finally found out that it's a U-Haul and storage place. Who knew? While I did request the 10' truck, they ended up giving me a van as that was the only option in the area, but it still got the job done despite it taking a little longer than I was hoping since the 10' has obviously more space to accommodate. I was flexible. Service was good here overall, and didn't run into any issues. I do wish they did some cleaning in the back of the truck as it gets pretty dirty inside. Other than that, U-Haul is great and relatively cheap option for all your moving needs.”
“I have been renting an indoor storage unit from this location ever since I moved back to Ohio. I greatly appreciate how helpful the staff is every time I'm there. It is extremely convenient (immediately off the West 117th exit), well lit, monitored and very clean. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a very fair priced and temperature controlled place to store their valuables. Make sure you ask for Russ. He's so helpful and will take the time to walk you through everything they offer.”
