“I've serviced several of our vehicles at Chieffalo's, from minor things to major suspension work, and have always been happy with the service, time frame, prices, and most of all, the communication. Sam and his staff have always let us know what is going on, and when the vehicle may need something more, he's honest and upfront, but more importantly, when something is minor, the staff doesn't try to upsell you for services you don't need. If I could give them 10 stars I would, and I'll continue to bring our cars here because of that.”

“I stopped in to rent a trailer. It was in good shape and ready to roll when I showed up. They have multiple rentals including tools& a car, they also deal with U-Hauls. The gate is a little annoying but it keeps property safe, they seem to have a good camera system on a property so safe place to store your stuff.”

“Customer service at this Noth Royalton location was top notch! The lady helped us to get the motorcycle trailer out of the snow and then a nice gentleman even helped pull the truck to help pull the trailer, it was frozen to the ground and the road was slippery. Then even added some salt to the bed of the trailer so we were able to load our motorcycle safely! Appreciate the help so much! 5 stars!”
