“I booked a Dragon's Castle room today, after doing my first escape room this past saturday, and again had a ton of fun.
Ive never seen game of thrones so i didnt know any of the references, but the aesthetics were pretty cool, and the puzzles were definitely more difficult than the first one I done, but we still completed the room with little time to spare.
Will be back for more of their rooms, and at time of this review, they are currently construction another room for a new puzzle, not sure what the difficulty is suppose to be, or what the theme is, but definitely looking forward to experiencing and completing most/all room at a few of their locations.”
“This place is fantastic! My sister n law got married here back in September and the wedding was beautiful! The staff were super kind and very helpful throughout the night. “What a charming hidden gem located in Strongsville! This place spans sixteen acres and I work right across the street without knowing it was there. Just walk in, you can pay for entry yourself, and then explore the area. It's very cute and provides a great spot to relax. If you're looking to read a book in nature, it truly doesn't even feel like you're in Strongsville anymore!”

“Our daughter's wedding reception was held June 3, 2023. I cannot say enough great things about the Dome's Debi and Rick. EVERYTHING was top notch! Food, bar, decorations (thank you Cathy!), staff, organization, availability for conversations and meetings, professional and personal touches - this is the place to have your event! Family style is the way to go! We had almost 300 folks - the hall, decor and design was optimal; the parking lot also housed a Cigar Tent, which they happily accommodated (along with the Cigar vendor). Huge dance floor and huge bar. I cannot say enough great things about these folks. Book your party today!!”

“This place has a large Pavillion with a great view of Coe Lake. If you become a member, you'll enjoy lower than average prices for beer and mixed drinks. Occasionally they'll have a fish fry or steak dinners, or hamburger and hotdogs etc., but they don't sell food daily. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is nice.”

“On Friday, November 15, 2024, Melissa and Hansel performed for my mother's 75th birthday celebration and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL! My mother has always enjoyed great good, beautiful environments, wonderful company, and phenomenal entertainment. “I thought this was an OK experience. The food was good, but rather expensive (even if you were a member). You'd think you would get a discounted price of some sort. The service was good also. However, I'm not sure I could tell you what the difference is between this place and any other public restaurant. Maybe I expected something different since this is private. I think one could have a much better experience at Pier W or something like that in the area.”
“I met Bill Hildabrandt in 2007. I worked for Bill, tuck pointing the building. I grinded out thousands of liner feet of mortar and tuckpointed. I cut holes through walls and installed doors. Removed glass block And installed beams. We removed roofs and installed new roofs. You name It we did it. Bill was a knowledgeable man. I learned a lot from him. I will miss Bill. This place will always be a special place to me, where I remodled for thousands of hours.”

“The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland is truly worth every penny to stay here. The staff greet you like your royalty. The check in process was smooth as silk. We went from the lobby to our room in not time. Now, the room got my blood pumping! Views, views, VIEWS! I’ve never seen this many views of downtown Cleveland. The in room dining was worth the wait, and the wait wasn’t long. We were traveling with our dog, and every staff member greeted him as of he were paying the bill. We loved every minute of the attention. The saddest part of this adventure was leaving, but we will definitely be back to the Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland. Thanks everyone there for their hospitality, professional and courteous way they treated every member of our family (especially our fur baby). ;)”

“My family and I attended the Cleveland Monsters game in December as part of a partnership with a local school district for their hockey program. The seats were great, the atmosphere was friendly and energetic, and the kids had a blast. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff was helpful. I would definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse for a fun night out!”

Also the coin machine for the collectable coins was down and I asked the girl at the gift shop if there was any way I could get one. Which she said no but I might have one. She found it and gave it to me for free. Great customer service.”
