I emailed the box office and Stephanie responded quickly - she not only answered my questions, but had some great additional information for the day of the concert. The concert was fabulous and the music center is gorgeous!”

I also have to say that the customer service was above and beyond. April , manager Ramos and the other girls answered all my questions (my multiple calls lol) and were always willing to accommodate whatever our family needed.
Will definitely be doing more events here. I highly recommend this hall for any small or large gatherings.”

“Not good for people with limited mobility.
Entrances have stairs. No elevators.
The concer me and my mother attended, was fantastic, but they were serving food and drinks the whole time the musicians were performing !
It created big disturbance, audience went back and forth for drinks, bathroom visits, etc.
I thought it was very disrespectful for the musicians and very distractive in general.
The bar should be open before the performance and in the intermission.”

“This hotel is charming. The view from the breakfast area is lovely and there is a cozy fireplace. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not hear any of the other guests. My one complaint was that the room as not dark enough because the lovely blinds let in a bit of light through the cracks. Black-out curtains that actually closed and were not just decorative would take care of that issue. Breakfast was pretty good though I would have preferred a pitcher of half-n-half to the plastic creamer pods.”
“I recently toured Red Space for an event I am having in the near future. I really like the vibe of the entire space especially the hallway. Cher did my tour and she’s amazing! I would book based on her alone!
Answered all my questions and she was so friendly! The whole experience was a vibe.
If the event happens in Cleveland I’m definitely booking Red Space.”
“My kids, parents and I had an absolute blast here! Climbing galore! A second story obstacle course with safety harness and some ninja warrior obstacles! I was completely wore out after about 4 hours here! Great place for the kids to burn off some steam in the middle of winter in northeast Ohio. They have snacks, an arcade, a racing obstacle course, climbing walls and even a small course for young children.”
“I met Bill Hildabrandt in 2007. I worked for Bill, tuck pointing the building. I grinded out thousands of liner feet of mortar and tuckpointed. I cut holes through walls and installed doors. Removed glass block And installed beams. We removed roofs and installed new roofs. You name It we did it. Bill was a knowledgeable man. I learned a lot from him. I will miss Bill. This place will always be a special place to me, where I remodled for thousands of hours.”

“Great date outing. We do the 1hr axe throwing and 30min vr pass. Axe throwing was super fun. Will say our axe throwing host was dope so that made it even more fun. You only need about 30mins if it’s two of you tho. ***side bar*** we didn’t use the entire hour so we have 30 mins to use anytime we want…that’s a plus!!!!!……axe throwing is cool but the fact you have someone watching you the entire time (safety first I get it) plus there is no food food and drinks Yea 30 45 mins might do it

VR — that thing was soooo much fun. It was only the two of us and we were having a ball.
We did the Xmas themed one, chefs kiss!! We’ve never done anything like this before so I can’t tell you if it’s the best thing shaking but baby we had fun. I think a bigger group would be to crowded but hella fun. Zombies were coming outta every corner. We ran into each other maybe twice because of the space. In the same token our scores were pretty high cuz it was just the two of us
All in all I give it 8/10 only because as a date thing you would want somewhere to eat and drink and chill but for a group of buddies wanting to hangout 10/10”

The Host and her daughter really made things good for my family as well as the guest. Please only recommend mature people for this location also support it so that it can continue being available. Due to Covid they have not accumulated the funds that's necessary to keep it going so please support this nice company.”

“My nonprofit organization participated in a healthy kids day event there this past weekend. The whole center is very clean and well organized with plenty of parking options and easy to locate restrooms and other needs. Security is appropriate and well staff. It’s a really great venue for more than just sports.”
“This aquarium was very nice; it had different areas that were themed to the types of sea creatures that were in the area. The touch and feel area was a big hit with my child, you can touch stingrays and there is a smaller area with sea stars and small items to touch. The big tank with the walk through shark tunnel was also a big hit. We loved to walk through and see the different fish and sharks swim next to and above us.
There is a fee to park, but luckily it is only $3-6.”
“Fantastic and beautiful, absolutely incredible venue. This is the best event center on the east side, especially in the Beachwood area. This event center is perfect for any wedding, event, corporate party, or just a fun party. The owners are incredible, professional, and on target. I would highly recommend Gino's Event Center for any wedding, party, or for any gathering at all.”
