“This is the second time we’ve used All Service Moving, and once again, Ralph and his team were amazing. They were prompt, well prepared, and extremely efficient. Everything was handled with care – no damage at all – and they left everything very clean and organized. We couldn’t ask for a better moving experience. Highly recommend!”

“My moving men Jason and Randy did a great job with helping me move. They had great communication with me through out the move and asked me where to put things once we arrived at my home. Basically they were on the go, go, go from start to finish.”

“Berger Allied was very responsive. We worked with Debbie Walter as our consultant. Debbie was professional, very knowledgeable and personable. She increased our knowledge re the process and always responded quickly to our calls and questions. With such a difficult task, we couldn’t have worked with a better person. The actual pick up and move-in day went smoothly. Eric Favez was the driver and site supervisor on both ends. Eric was great to work with. Again, he was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The team and he worked quickly and with care to protect our belongings. In both locations, Ohio to North Carolina, the team was on time and efficient. Eric made sure the process ran smoothly and without stress. Natalie, the Berger Allied coordinator kept us informed with every step, sending reminders, updates and handling administrative tasks. Thank you to Debbie, Eric and Natalie!”

“Very pleased overall with the Arhaus delivery service. They rescheduled the delivery to a day that I was off so that I could be at home when the item was scheduled to arrive. The driver called me when he was near to alert me to thier arrival. The driver and his helper carried the 70lb item to my porch, and were very professional.”

Overall we are thrilled with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to call again.”

“Short notice (less than 24 hours notice, other company screwed us over) obliged every request and Quan and his team were so so accommodating and respectful. I can not recommend them enough. Amber (the dispatch booking person?) ?, she was polite and dealt with my emotional meltdown over the other movers canceling with 30 minutes notice. If I could give 6 stars I would.”

“could not say enough good things about Allied! I had a grand piano moved twice with them. They first tried to move it into my apartment, but could not get it up the stairs. My fault, not theirs. Stored it with them until I purchased a house. They moved it into my new home. Both times the staff was knowledgeable, courteous and experienced. They were very careful with the piano and the area the piano was going into. I have had very positive dealings with Tracy, the office manager. The company is excellent to deal with and their crew of movers=most EXCELLENT!!! I would not hesitate using them for future piano moving.”

“6 out of 5 stars! For our household move (crew of 5, 2 medium-sized trucks) they were incredibly fast (all furniture from 8 rooms and much packing of kitchen goods and clothing - done in 4 hours, from the time they arrived until they drove off (admittedly the two houses are less than 5 miles apart, but still!), very experienced (not one ding, crack, or bump), skilled (even moved an incredibly awkward and incredibly heavy outdoor sculpture), good natured (always willing to answer a question, never a gruff remark), and a very fair price to boot. We will recommend them to anyone and everyone... far FAR above our expectations!”

“Red and Felton are awesome. It’s a given that they were efficient, professional and speedy. That’s what you would expect when you hire a professional but these guys went way beyond. They were kind, caring and very funny. They even helped me prank my brother in law. Great guys I would recommend to anyone.”

“This is the first time I used a pod/container moving company. Read a lot of opinions on Reddit and decided to go here. It was everything they praised and more. Excellent communication, great at what they do, zero problems, very accommodating, great people. Special shout out to Karen in Parma (my destination depot) who helped me handle some logistics issues—way above and beyond, so kind, a breath of fresh air. Everyone I came into contact with from start to finish was excellent. 100% will use U-Pack again. My budget was relatively limited, and my price with them was one of the lowest (priced 3 other big names) while that came along with some of the highest reviews. Win-win.”

“This Review is for the Cincinnati Office: Chris and his team were very attentive and professional from the first phonecall confirming details of the appointment to the last box that was moved. The best/least stressful move we've ever had.. Chris and his team were careful and courteous throughout. If you let Chris and the rest of his team help you w/ your move, you are in very capable hands.”

“I've been working with Dan Bowser for over 20 years and Dan Jr. just about that long. They never fail me and only serve to make me look good to the University for getting projects completed as expected or even sooner than expected. The entire group of guys that were at my most recent project did great work, they really hustled. Dan knows just how to manage people to make sure the work is done right and according to the way he and I originally planned. As always, I trust any and all of my projects to him and wouldn't use anyone else. Susette Case Western Reserve University”
