The customer service was impeccable each time we communicated. Once dropped off, we had three days to pack it up and lock it and they took care of everything from there. They moved the unit from Ohio to MN and even stored it for us for a small fee until we could move in. They dropped the storage unit in front on our move day and had it picked up and out of the way the next day. Highly recommended!!!”

Pricing was fair, no hidden charges or shady contracts. They even helped to arrange movers once we got to Ohio. Not one thing in the entire two containers we moved was damaged. “The crew arrived when expected, listened do my wishes, packed and shrink wrapped everything, loaded, moved me 4 miles, unloaded, set-up, and cleaned up in TWO hours. They worked continually and diligently the entire time. The crew was very personable and showed their knowledge and experience. Greg, the scheduler, checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. If I could rate higher than 5-Stars, I would.”
