“Enrique provided excellent customer service. Very professional and upbeat. One negative is the outside sign doesn’t work. It’s difficult to know or see that a FedEx location is here at night. Please get sign repaired and this will only increase your business. The repair will pay for itself in the first week. Take care.”

“They are busy operation but always willing to help. They remarkably create amazing print needs (I was so impressed with my large prints!) They also accept Amazon returns with a do-it-yourself kiosk which makes it super easy and convenient to return your packages. The young man (white male, about mid 20's to early 30's was so friendly and efficient. (I'm so bummed I forgot his name. 😫) He was working on 9/10/26”

“I can't remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she was just great and got 2 welcome books done so quickly. I really, really appreciated her help. She did a beautiful job. She walked me through all the options, priced everything out, gave me a small sample of the potential printing sizes and then did both books, including cutting to size and binding in about a half hour, just in time for our adoption meeting. She was so helpful on a very stressful day!”

“Just received another shipment with Old Dominion. Great service as usual. Customer service called day before to advise on coming shipment and confirm receiving hours. My neighbor is moving out, and when shipment came the driver had to maneuver around multiple PODs to my gate, which was done in a very professional way. Thank you, Old Dominon, for excellent job!”

“I like FedEx. You have to consider UPS and of course the USPS. All solid choices but I've noticed a marked decline in the USPS over the years. The mail and packages are sometimes carelessly delivered however that is to say only be comparison to FedEx and UPS. UPS I would rank below FedEx but above USPS. FedEx, Solid choice whatever happened to DHL. They should make a documentary about it.”

“Logistical Advantage is a great broker. As far as the gentleman's review below, my guess is there are holes in his story. We call drivers/carriers for information as it is our job. We would not have to call the driver, if their dispatchers did their due diligence in keeping the broker updated. We ask for your bank account number in order to verify authenticity to avoid fraud. Your bad experience, is probably due to something lacking on your end. Thank you”

“I recently used Staples for printing postcard Christmas. Greetings. I used the one on 117th and Berea road in Cleveland. I have had a number of jobs done at this location over the past 10 to 15 years. This printing department has never been a disappointment. I've had multiple jobs completed including an 8 and 1/2 by 11 book I produced that was spiral bound with lots of photographs and documents from my parents. Time in the military. Approximately 40 books were completed to be distributed to my family members as keepsakes. Lifelong treasures for sure! The staff at this location is always helpful and efficient. I have never been disappointed with the print quality or the service I received. Staples will continue to be my go-to for printing needs”
