“I had a great experience with the notary service at The UPS Store. Aparna helped me throughout the process and was very nice, calm, patient, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend them!”

“Just received another shipment with Old Dominion. Great service as usual. Customer service called day before to advise on coming shipment and confirm receiving hours. My neighbor is moving out, and when shipment came the driver had to maneuver around multiple PODs to my gate, which was done in a very professional way. Thank you, Old Dominon, for excellent job!”

“I recently used Staples for printing postcard Christmas. Greetings. I used the one on 117th and Berea road in Cleveland. I have had a number of jobs done at this location over the past 10 to 15 years. This printing department has never been a disappointment. I've had multiple jobs completed including an 8 and 1/2 by 11 book I produced that was spiral bound with lots of photographs and documents from my parents. Time in the military. Approximately 40 books were completed to be distributed to my family members as keepsakes. Lifelong treasures for sure! The staff at this location is always helpful and efficient. I have never been disappointed with the print quality or the service I received. Staples will continue to be my go-to for printing needs”

“Logistical Advantage is a great broker. As far as the gentleman's review below, my guess is there are holes in his story. We call drivers/carriers for information as it is our job. We would not have to call the driver, if their dispatchers did their due diligence in keeping the broker updated. We ask for your bank account number in order to verify authenticity to avoid fraud. Your bad experience, is probably due to something lacking on your end. Thank you”

“The FedEx pickup was located inside Walgreens at the photo center. It was very convenient for me to pick up my package here not knowing when they would arrive at my house and needing a signature. It was pretty easy to arrange for the pickup here which is open 24hrs and close to my house.”

“Easily the best service I’ve ever gotten from an any shipping service location. In town visiting. Had a critical shipment to get out but needed quite a few things printed. Store Manager Shawn could not have been more patient and helpful. Subsequently, had to return two days later for a similar urgent issue. Once again, great service.”

“I've never used/had a seller use this service so I Googled and it's just non-stop horror stories. So much that I started to get a little bit of aniexity. My package was delivered successfully, so. I know situations are different but hopefully it can ease someone's mind who also took to Google like I did and then started to worry. Driver was NOT in a marked Lasership/Ontrac van, but was friendly, fast and I got my package delivered and that's more than I could want.”
