“I have absolutely LOVED my experience living at The Bingham Apartments, and I can not say enough about how wonderful the management, maintenance team, and hosts are (specifically: Tina, John, Blair, LoriAnn, Alora, Brittany, Robert and Roy).
From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, valued and heard as a resident. The management staff does go above & beyond to ensure every resident feels comfortable and welcome. They are always friendly, professional, & quick to respond to any question or concern. They follow up within 24 hours to be sure all requests or concerns were appropriately handled. Without a doubt anyone living here can tell and attest they genuinely care about creating a positive community atmosphere and keeping everything running smoothly.
The maintenance team deserves a special shout-out as well — they are simply outstanding. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a smile. Whether it’s a quick repair or routine upkeep, they’re reliable and respectful of your space. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and do everything possible to keep the property in top shape.
What really stands out about The Bingham is the overall hospitality. The hosts are warm and attentive, making everyone feel like part of a close-knit community. They put real effort into making residents feel comfortable and appreciated, often organizing the best way to receive packages, always greeting you with kindness and empathy. It’s rare to find such genuine, hands-on hospitality in an apartment complex, and it makes all the difference here.
The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of character, but what truly makes The Bingham shine is the people who run it. It’s more than just a place to live — it’s a place where you feel supported, respected, and TRULY at HOME. I CAN NOT imagine a better experience and would HIGHLY recommend The Bingham Apartments to anyone looking for quality, quiet, and affordable living with an exceptional team behind it. “Friendly employees. When I parked for next day delivery...cops woke me up..told me I had to park down the road at fuel right. Thieves had been breaking in stuff.Park big rigs at fuel right down the street..... police notice !!!!”
“The lady working at the guard shack is very nice，when she found out I am not good at english, she speak as simple and clear as possible, make sure i can understand what's her saying。nice people. The other people is nice too.Good place.”
“Arrived here late at night. They do have overnight parking for trucks, but it’s located near Warehouse #1, across the street. You can also park near Warehouse #2 if your engine is off — plenty of space and no one bothered me.
They officially start working at 4:15 AM. I began calling around 4:30 using the phone number posted on the sign, but no one answered. At 5:00 AM I walked to the office/receiving area — doors were closed, no one inside. After some effort and with help from a forklift driver, I finally got someone to open the door. I handed in my paperwork and was given a dock right away.
You have to drive the truck inside the building to the dock. Space inside is very tight, especially for sleeper trucks. I was lucky to be the only truck there. Be very careful — narrow entrance, narrow exit, and tight maneuvering.
Unloading took about an hour and a half. Overall, not terrible. If you arrive late in the evening, you can stay overnight and unload early in the morning.”
“This business is not open to the public they only serve auto stores or they mail out parts check out their website for more information I have no opinion only that they have been around over 5 years in the same location update to my review I did not repeat did not have a bad experience only to let the public know this is a warehouse that supplies your auto parts stores and I encourage the public to check out your website to the location of stores your company supplies and other auto parts stores that your company supplies.”
“This is a very friendly and helpful company that provides great service that compliments their product line. Both products have greatly helped the overall health of my home. My allergies have been greatly reduce since owning both products. I recommend these products to anyone that may have any breathing problems or just want to live in a healthier environment. Lastly, anytime I've had any questions, they have always been able to help me out. Great company overall that i would recommend to anyone!!”
“I give it 5 stars cuz. They loaded me right away and got me on my way, but getting into the foc .is challenging. Definitely be earning your money to get in here. I think they got 4 doc doors only but other than that, in and out.”
