I like most of the staff at each of the branches. The local branches are best. The toll free customer service is not so great. But the local branches are golden.

I visited PNC to do a transaction the transaction was quick and efficient but no extras no idle chit-chat know asking about my account how are things going anything else you need there are other options that are better than PNC at the moment

I took my Dad there for some help and the young lady was very helpful and even had him smile.
