“I like most of the staff at each of the branches. The local branches are best. The toll free customer service is not so great. But the local branches are golden.”

“While the bank is generally good and helpful. There are people like Talía Henderson located in the Tiedeman branch in Brooklyn OH, that is very combative and unwilling to help. She was unwilling to understand my questions. She did not show professionalism nor empathy towards my confusion and instead resorted to sarcasm to release her tension. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary.”

“I love this bank and location. The people are always helpful and most of the time pretty quick and efficient! People don't give them enough credit because many are so impatient today! I hope this location and bank stay there for years to come!”

“I started a new account I was tired of citizens. Sometimes the drive-thru ATM doesn't work. It seems like every 3 weeks they're asking me to change my password. That's very aggravating. The lady at Huntington helped me quite well. Zully.”
