“I would like to recognize Lonnie, the manager at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Brookville. In today's world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, which is why I felt compelled to share my experience. Lonnie went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I found the right solutions. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and made the entire experience stress-free. Lonnie represents the very best of what customer service should be. His leadership, dedication, and commitment to helping customers are a tremendous asset to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Companies need more managers like him—people who truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Thank you, Lonnie, for your outstanding service. Your hard work and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and Brookville is fortunate to have someone like you serving the community.”

“Came in with tire issues, the manager Mason was super helpful, let me leave my car in the lot for 2 days, helped me connect with a guy for a new tire got it for pretty cheap, he even had the tire put on before I returned. These guys went well out of their way to help me. They deserve more than 5 stars.”

“Had trouble getting my antifreeze cap off so drove to O'Reilly here in town to get help. I purchased the antifreeze and the sales clerk was very helpful in getting the cap off. He stayed outside in the cold with me until the antifreeze was was working in bringing heat thru the vents. I was so relieved. Thanked the guy who took the time to make sure I would be safe & especially warm.”
