It started with a simple Google search and ended with a Toyota manufactured windshield (not the cheap glass other companies use) and completed at a Toyota dealership! It was great! The coolest part, even though it was a small gesture, was that our parking stickers (required by our housing complex) were transferred over! “So I was rear-ended a couple weeks ago and fortunately the person who hit me had insurance. Their insurance, state farm referred me to Gerber. I called and they scheduled a inspection for repairs for the following week which I knew would be the case as they had to order parts. Then, they scheduled the repair a few days later. That was yesterday. They did a beautiful job repairing my cars rear bumper and even hammered out the license plate so well I don't need to get a replacement. But the most amazing part was that they thoroughly cleaned the inside of my car it looked almost brand new. What a delight. I actually didn't want to get my snowy dirty boots inside but they had a paper on the floor. It's so nice when a company goes above and beyond. Thank you for everything.”
