“My car wouldn't turn over, tried jumping it but that didn't work. I called to let them know that I will need my car towed to their shop for it to be evaluated. I left the keys in the car for them to come get it from the Dollar General parking lot. About 2 hours later I got a call from the tow truck driver who let me know he got the car jumped and it was just the battery. Waited for me to get back there to drive it away. He could have not tried to jump start it and towed it back to their shop as that would have made them more money, but he didn't. I would trust this company to be fair.”
“They have always been honest and fair. I appriciated the integrity they show. Have been doing my exhaust for years. Always quick and efficient. I took my car to them for a coolant issue. They looked at it and decided it was a bit more complicated a task not worth doing on a late model car. They did this service without charging. Very good customer service”

Without getting into the specifics, there was a significant issue with my vehicle and I was understandably frustrated. What impressed me was what happened afterward. The team took the situation seriously, communicated with me, and genuinely worked toward a resolution that I felt was fair.
Eli deserves special recognition for the amount of time and effort he put into helping me through everything. He was patient, responsive and straightforward, and kept working through the different pieces until everything came together. John was also involved in getting things handled, and Jacob made the final buying experience comfortable and followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well.
Anyone can earn a five-star review when everything goes perfectly. I think you learn a lot more about a business by seeing what they do when something doesn’t go perfectly. Brunswick had every opportunity to lose me as a customer, and instead their response earned my confidence.

“My mom and dad used to own a Marathon service station for many years in Lakewood. My Pop, Jim Sotherland pretty much ran the last full service gas station In Ohio at that time. All of our cars were worked on there. Today we're vulnerable. New car BS; etc. Ron runs illegitimate business. My family likes him and that's important. He doesn't try to rip you off or make you buy a part you don't need. He went the the extra limits on my repairs. Even added free additional service repairs. You always wanna find a mechanic that knows your car and knows you. This is how I grew up. Even just like a Doctor. Pediatrician, etc., i will always take my cars to Ron's garage!”
