“They have always been honest and fair. I appriciated the integrity they show. Have been doing my exhaust for years. Always quick and efficient. I took my car to them for a coolant issue. They looked at it and decided it was a bit more complicated a task not worth doing on a late model car. They did this service without charging. Very good customer service”

“I’ve sent Chidseys everything from transmission swaps on a jeep, mysterious battery drain on a van, even specialty alignment on a lifted truck with adjustable upper control arms. Always left happy. If you’re looking for a genuinely good mechanic you can trust, Jeff Chidsey is your guy. Their towing service has even fished my truck out of the mud once or twice. Highly recommend”

“I cannot say enough good things about Marksman Auto Body. From start to finish, the entire team made the unfortunate experience of needing a repair from an accident stress free. They were extremely helpful in explaining each step of the process, working with the insurance company, scheduling a rental vehicle, and repairing my truck in a timely manner. The consistent communication and status of where things were at, including back ordered parts, was what really made me feel confident that I chose the right company. The repair itself was perfect too. The paint job and everything they needed to make it look like new was fantastic and no one can tell I was rear ended. I absolutely recommend Marksman Auto Body!”

“The manager and shop personnel were great. My only complaint is that my appointment was scheduled for 7:30 am and even though the shop opened at 7:30, the technicians don’t start until 8 am. That’s 30 minutes of lost time from my day. Had I known that the technicians were unavailable until 8 am I would have scheduled my appointment and arrived at 8 am.”

“The only place that had the experience and was ready for a challenge to do a 4 wheel alignment on a very rusted underneath, other places I took it to said junk the car. If i am asked where to go i highly will recommend Parma tires. Thank you.”

“My car needed brakes, rotors, and sensors. Dave was able to schedule this, the very next day! He had the vehicle looked over and called with the estimate. He had the car repairs completed, later that afternoon. I couldn't have asked, for better service! The total cost, in my opinion, was very reasonable! I will have any future work completed by this company!”

“I had an experience with Brunswick Subaru that could have easily ended with me never wanting to return to the dealership. Instead, the way they handled everything ultimately earned my trust and future business. Without getting into the specifics, there was a significant issue with my vehicle and I was understandably frustrated. What impressed me was what happened afterward. The team took the situation seriously, communicated with me, and genuinely worked toward a resolution that I felt was fair. Eli deserves special recognition for the amount of time and effort he put into helping me through everything. He was patient, responsive and straightforward, and kept working through the different pieces until everything came together. John was also involved in getting things handled, and Jacob made the final buying experience comfortable and followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well. Anyone can earn a five-star review when everything goes perfectly. I think you learn a lot more about a business by seeing what they do when something doesn’t go perfectly. Brunswick had every opportunity to lose me as a customer, and instead their response earned my confidence. I’m extremely happy with how everything ultimately turned out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brunswick Subaru. More importantly, they’ve earned my future business. Thank you to Eli, John, Jacob, and everyone else behind the scenes who helped get everything taken care of.”

“My mom and dad used to own a Marathon service station for many years in Lakewood. My Pop, Jim Sotherland pretty much ran the last full service gas station In Ohio at that time. All of our cars were worked on there. Today we're vulnerable. New car BS; etc. Ron runs illegitimate business. My family likes him and that's important. He doesn't try to rip you off or make you buy a part you don't need. He went the the extra limits on my repairs. Even added free additional service repairs. You always wanna find a mechanic that knows your car and knows you. This is how I grew up. Even just like a Doctor. Pediatrician, etc., i will always take my cars to Ron's garage!”

“My 2015 CX-9 start having battery problems, during 2 visits they were able to confirm that it was the alternator but the part was not available for a few days and offered a loaner car for the duration. I also took advantage of the great tire promotion they were running currently and very accommodating when I was inquiring about a future project.Thank you for you time and patience Greg (rep) and Josh (tech).”
