“There task was not easy old RV some parts were not available. Had to retrofit to make work. The crew cleaned up after themselves. And I think they charged a very fair price. I will go back again when needed if they don't kick me out first.”
“My car wouldn't turn over, tried jumping it but that didn't work. I called to let them know that I will need my car towed to their shop for it to be evaluated. I left the keys in the car for them to come get it from the Dollar General parking lot. About 2 hours later I got a call from the tow truck driver who let me know he got the car jumped and it was just the battery. Waited for me to get back there to drive it away. He could have not tried to jump start it and towed it back to their shop as that would have made them more money, but he didn't. I would trust this company to be fair.”
“Been coming to judge for about 15 years now wouldn't take my vehicle any other place. I've since moved up to Cleveland and I still bring all my vehicles down here to Brunswick, it's nice to know that I get quality work and honesty. I've never ever had them try to sell me something I didn't need unlike so many other places I've been. If you considering taking your car someplace to get it fixed and you've never been to Judd's I highly recommend them.”

I worked closely with Charlie; his attention to detail is impressive! He battled with the insurance company to ensure that only OEM parts were reinstalled. I had no issue waiting a month to get it right. Perfection takes time. No orange peel, and the gaps are perfect, just like it left the Toyota factory back in 2022.
I would recommend Marksman Auto Body to anyone. From scheduling with Pam and the updates from Charlie, I could not have asked for a better experience. Robbie was great as well!”

“Mechanics were courtesy and professional in their knowledge about brakes, and the changing of the brake fluid , inwhich I never heard of doing in my entire life. But I guess just like other fluids they have a viscosity rating that needs to be addressed.”
“I have gotten two sets of tires & other servicing with Parma Tire over the last 5 years & I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The staff are friendly, genuine, helpful & truly want to do right by their customers. It shows in every interaction I have had with them. Their pricing is great, scheduling is simple. I don't have a single critique. If they offer the service you need, I would look nowhere else.
Edit: I had to edit this one. Today I dropped my car off to have a flat rear tire replaced. At payment, I was told they moved the new tire up front. My car is FWD & they wanted to make sure I had the best traction for winter. Best shop I've ever worked with. It's the little things.”
“10 years ago I took one of my cars here to get fixed. Chris called me and told me it wasn't worth fixing and it was a "death trap." I have much respect for him because he could of easily kept repairing things and making money off me but he didn't. It's now 2024 and my uncle just went here to get his brakes done. They did a excellent job and they charged him a honest a fair price. Glad to see they are still doing good things 10 years later.”

“My mom and dad used to own a Marathon service station for many years in Lakewood. My Pop, Jim Sotherland pretty much ran the last full service gas station In Ohio at that time. All of our cars were worked on there. Today we're vulnerable. New car BS; etc. Ron runs illegitimate business. My family likes him and that's important. He doesn't try to rip you off or make you buy a part you don't need. He went the the extra limits on my repairs. Even added free additional service repairs. You always wanna find a mechanic that knows your car and knows you. This is how I grew up. Even just like a Doctor. Pediatrician, etc., i will always take my cars to Ron's garage!”

Today, I needed to go back to get a copy of paperwork to give to my insurance and the salesman Cam saw me coming in and greeted me by name! And he didn't just remember my first name, he remembered my last name as well.
He had made car buying a super smooth process with zero stress.
Brunswick Auto Mart had been the 3rd place I had gone to looking for a car and all the other salesmen I had met were typical, pushy and predatorial salesmen. Cam at Brunswick Volkswagen was the complete opposite. It was like buying a car from a friend.
I should have left a review two months ago when I bought this car, but after the awesome experience I received YET AGAIN from Cam, it would be a shame if I didn't write a review.

“I had a screw in my tire that I was able to remove but could not get it patched. I went up on a Saturday which I knew was a busy day for them and asked if there was any way they could patch it. I was told I had to leave it but they'd make it work. I got a call a couple hours later that it was done and ready. Any other place could have told me they were too busy and brush it off, but Conrad's really helped me out!”
“My 2015 CX-9 start having battery problems, during 2 visits they were able to confirm that it was the alternator but the part was not available for a few days and offered a loaner car for the duration.
