“Everything was able to be handled smoothly and promptly. I did need to call customer support after hours to extend my rental due to unforseen circumstances, and although i was able to get it done, speaking with the representative was hard due to a language barrier and constant misunderstandings from both parties. The location on Medina Rd in Medina, where I actually rented from, was able to sort everything out for me the very next business day. I have used this specific location 3 times now and will do so again if i need to. Highly reccomend.”

Very polite and professional and he shows how much he cares about assisting customers. He made everything very easy from picking the vehicle up to dropping it off early.
