I didn’t know for sure what I wanted and needed to test drive a few vehicles and Rose didn’t get annoyed with me once! She was super informative and funny too. “This was a very pleasant experience. The guys behind the counter went out of their way to help( you should give them a RAISE). The only thing I did not care for was the the vehicle's auto steering. I could not figure out how to turned it off. Because it only had 1,800 miles on it and was such a new vehicle. Other than that two thumbs up!”

“I had an amazing experience with Enterprise in Strongsville! I am planning to rent a premium SUV for an upcoming roadtrip, and I decided to evaluate my experience at multiple rental agencies in advance to determine which one will provide the best experience. Enterprise Strongsville won hands down.
The vehicle I received was exactly what I reserved. It was clean and newer - only 12K miles. The other agency had one with over 90K miles.
Customer service was fabulous. The employee who assisted me was friendly and took the time to explain the features of the vehicle to me - an experience I don’t normally receive when I rent from the airport.
Check in and check out was smooth and I had no wait. Overall, I was very pleased and will choose Enterprise for my roadtrip.”
