This is a home improvement store like any other. It is centrally located in Brunswick Ohio. The facility is mostly clean. The employees are usually helpful. The price of the items are usually on the steep side. If you look around and do some comparison shopping, you can usually find better priced items... Meh.

Waited 1/2 hr in tool rental got there 6am. Went to pro desk to complain all they do is call someone who never shows up. No one is available to help you. I would never rent from this store again. I would call someone but nobody answers.

Went to this Home Depot and saw the most messed up thing I've ever seen. Nets to catch birds. To keep them out of shelving areas. They were mangled bleeding and struggling and it was heartbreaking. I will never step foot in a Home Depot again
