“I just stayed there Monday night because my son's wrestle team was staying across the street. I wasn't sure what to expect since the room rate was so affordable but was pleasantly suprised. I stayed in room 206. It was on the smaller side but since it was only myself for one night it was fine for me. I actually fell asleep on top of the bed. I sat down to watch TV and was so comfy I passed out and slept till clock out time. They staff were all friendly, they even gave me a little extra time to pack up since I over slept. I didn't check in till late Monday night and when I walked in they welcomed me at the door by my name. Made me feel good!! Would stay again if ever back in the area!”
“All I care about at a budget hotel is that it's clean. The room here met my expectations, comfy bed and all. Front staff was friendly. Breakfast was your typical waffle, coffee, juice, cereal, toast, bananas & snacks. A thumbs up.”

“Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Our housekeeper Cindy was phenomenal!! So sweet! The night clerk could have been a little kinder when my mom had a fall on the property and was injured and bleeding, but that was the only negative. Overall it was a good stay, the new renovation is very nice.”

Safety: It's right off of Pearl road near Whitney road in Strongsville next to Arby's...
Walkability: Well it's close enough to any restaurants you may need as far as McDonald's and Arby's and there's a gas station and Whitney beverage across the street from speedway gas station..
Food and drinks: There's McDonald's Arby's speedway gas station fast food and even Whitney beverage.. all within walking distance...”

“I would rate this a 3.5 or 4 it was good just the only problems were the wifi having the wrong password toilet paper wasn't that good and maybe the shower was dirty a little bit it's a motel not a 5 star hotel so for a motel rate it a 4”

“First off service and people working late shift fantastic and will pick up from the airport when your flight gets canceled at 1am. Room keys were a bit of an issue but was resolved quickly, hotel room was a bit ruff around the edges but for a one night stay it did the job. Would recommend on service alone.”

As young adults from New Jersey, they were treated with expectational care and kindness. Jamie and Jay went above and beyond to make their visit comfortable and I'm so grateful for the positive experience they had. The room was clean and lovely, making their stay even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.”

“The place looks abandoned due to lack of signage and an abandoned/closed restaurant in front of it. But the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the tv worked. Definitely not a high end hotel but the price was right in an emergency. I am giving this place 5 stars because the customer service was top notch. We had to "loiter" in the lobby due to car issues and not only were they ok with us being here for hours. They provided us with snacks, hot chocolate, and let us use the lobby tv at our leisure. Thank you for making a rough weekend bearable.”

“My recent stay at the Comfort Inn was thoroughly enjoyable, largely due to the incredible staff who consistently go above and beyond for their guests. I was particularly impressed by the housekeeping team; I’d rate the cleanliness a solid 10 out of 10. Denny and Zion, in particular, do a wonderful job and clearly take pride in their work.
The service didn't stop there—Sherry and Sally at the Front Desk were outstanding. They were not only diligent and efficient but also incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Finally, I want to commend the General Manager, Jit. He is very accommodating and ensures that any requests or issues are handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this location!”

“For a Motel 6, it was nice! The room was clean, the shower and toilet worked, and the A/C worked a little too well since it was very cold in the room. The 5 stars comes from when we thought my boyfriend left his wallet in the room and they allowed us to go back in to check. Turns out the wallet was at the restaurant where we ate breakfast, but I appreciate them letting us go back to check. Would stay here again!”

“I stayed here 4 nights around 1/15/2026-1/19/2026. The room was really good. The bed is comfortable and some of the HBO television was good. My keycard kept not getting the door to unlock and that made smoking outside a little bit bothersome, if the keycard didn't work after smoking, and I had to go to the front desk. The gas station is a 2 minute walk.”

“The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were so nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable. the bathroom and shower was very nice as well. I loved it here. The pool was really nice could've been a bit warmer but that's just my preference. Open 7am to 11pm The breakfast was good. Lots of options. Available 6am to 10am The front desk had complimentary cookies in the evening and snacks in the morning. A brown bag with a bottle water apple and granola bar. Really came in handy. The location is great as well. Lots of food and entertainment within a short distance from the hotel. I would come back here in a heartbeat.”
