“It was a decent stay. The room was spacious and clean. It's in a great location adjacent to a walkable lake, restaurants and a supermarket. The only issue was the noise, which isn't their fault but it does highlight how noise travels in the hotel. Someone had a child in a room either next to us or across from us. You can hear every step as the child runs across the room for an hour at night and early in the morning. And you can hear very clearly what the kid was saying. Didn't have a very restful night sleep as a result.”

“Getting into the entrance can be tricky from the office ramp, but that's not Red Roofs design. Customer service is great, circumstances made it difficult to wait for a 3 o'clock check in and we were able to get the room at noon without any hassle. ⭐? Room was cozy and clean, great job Red Roof ”

“I just want to express my absolute gratitude to Ken for his kindness and hospitality to my son and daughter in law, by allowing them an early check-in after they had a booking snafu through Priceline with another area hotel that would not honour their booking or issue them a refund. The kids were exhausted and sad after a long trip, and Ken really came to the rescue. (they are adults, but they are still my kids, and I live in Hawaii and was at a loss for how to help them )With Ken's help, I was able to book the kids a room, and he extremely kindly allowed them to check in early so they wouldn't have to sleep at the truck stop in the car until check-in time.Mahalo Nui Loa to you for your kindness, Ken! “We Stayed here 2x for 1 overnight stay each time. Room was very clean. Had all you needed for a the stay. Very Quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was great a variety of choice from hot & cold cereals hot food eggs sausage home fries. Donna the hostess was very sweet & attentive to refill the food trays . Excellent place

“Stayed on the 4th floor, had a clean room and comfortable furnishings. Super friendly front desk and the cleaning crew is thorough and punctual. We visited the restaurant once for the breakfast buffet and again for a late drink, excellent on both visits. I will stay here again next time I'm in town.”

“First time here. It was a reasonably good stay. The hotel looks a little worn from the outside. Super nice staff checked me in, at it was late. The room itself was nice, clean, and spacious. No complaints about any of the amenities.

They have a free breakfast, so I got some not scrambled eggs. Not bad.

“I stayed last week as I do when I travel to Cleveland Clinic. Jamie and Mark are very helpful, kind, accomodating, and go the extra mile. I really appreciate them. It makes it less stressful. My rooms always been nice and clean.
The only thing that has become a disappointment is the pool being closed, and toilitrie amenties having slacked off. The room price and nvironment are very goid though to feel safe there.
Mark connected me with a nice rec center down the road I can use for pain relief. Jamie also showed she is caring and attentive in her job to myself and others. Appreciate it!

“My fiance and I were on a trip across the country and our vehicle broke down. When we had to stop for a hotel this place was extremely kind to us. The staff is all very helpful and even gave us advice for the rest of the trip when we were ready to go.The rooms were clean and everything was cozy and comfy for our entire stay. Would definitely go back if we cross through there again.Rooms: Clean and well stocked on all the necessary amenities.Nearby activities: Being right off the highway you can get to just about anything you can think of you'd need while there. Tons of food options as well.Safety: Didn't feel unsafe at all. The staff was welcoming and the area was busy but still quiet in our rooms. Very safe and very secure.”

“Flight canceled and every hotel near the airport was sold out due to Rod Stewart concert. Hotel that Delta put me in was horrible so I ended up here. Place was clean and the front desk was super helpful. I was a bit reluctant to book here but I needed a place to sleep 3 hours and no regrets. Bed was clean and room was super cold which was great for me. Sink was clogged up but that wasn’t a major issue compared to the moldy smoky room that Delta put me up at. When Comparing the RL with this, I would choose this one any day.”

“Let me start off by saying This is the best place i have ever rented a room at !!!! Great room , Immediately upon arrival we was told the advertisement about the facility is wrong unfortunately and they :
1. No longer do breakfast or any of that as advertised..
2. Indoor & outdoor Pool advertised is closed or broke that lady said .
3. The HotTub advertised is broke the lady said .
4. Room service is (come to the front desk for toilet paper and to trade towels.
Nobody comes to the room to switch towels , garbage or any of that and no brooms or mops are left in the room so we can do that ourselves.
Oh & Drop off your own garbage at the dumpster.....
Had some black mold covered drywall on the floor in our furnace room that fell from the ceiling but wasn't found before putting us in the room SO i went ahead and picked up , threw it away and hit the area in the furnace room with some mold & disinfectant spray so my kids wouldn't breathe that for a week.
You should still bring your own plates , bowls and silverware because as a family of 4 there was only 2 plates , 2 cups ,2 spoons and 2 forks here to use . No other cooking utensils.
1 wok and i small pot. And thats fine but dont show up like we did thinking we're gonna cook a meal for our family because the online pictures showed a fully loaded kitchen ?
The coffee is ratchet and not worth drinking so while you're at the store picking up kitchen utensils and stuff grab you some real coffee ☕ you'll thank me later . We stayed a week..
The beds were clean and super comfortable , good hot water...
i would definitely book here again but i would know to come check the room before going shopping to see what we really need to take care of a family of 2 adults and 2 kids here .
I'd bring my own T-Mobile home Internet next time as well..
I went off of internet advertising pics and was expecting more cooking utensils so thats my fault BUT
Overall I give it a great review and just trying to be 100 percent honest..
