“I stay here at least twice a year as it marks exactly halfway between my house and my friend's house in the Chicago area. It makes a great place to take a break, get a meal, and spend the night. The hotel is bright, clean and convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. While I have never availed myself of the restaurant, I understand there is a dining establishment on the premises. I have always been extremely satisfied with my room, which are spacious, clean, and well-lit and appointed. It is my go-to place when I need to head to Chicago and don't want the idea of a 14 hour drive looming over my head.”

“This centrally located hotel is in a shopping complex area with lots of nearby restaurants and a grocery store making it easy to stay there without a car. The staff is very accommodating and my particular room was huge! I liked that there was a microwave and little fridge along with a sitting area. The lobby is also very large and becomes a gathering place for groups who stay here. Reasonable rates and generally quiet.”

“Rachel and Pam you are the best. Thanks for helping us out so much Rachel with directions and suggesting some places to visit. Pam thanks for being ready to help. Hotel is awesome. The train is no biggie. If you want to walk or let the kids run there is a huge empty football field in the back.”

“This is easily one of the most stylish and modern hotels I've stayed in! From the moment I walked in, I loved the contemporary design and the attention to detail throughout the property. The atmosphere feels fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated, making it stand out from many traditional hotel experiences. One of my favorite features was the 24-hour marketplace. It offers a surprisingly wide variety of snacks, drinks, meals, and essentials, making it incredibly convenient whether you're arriving late, heading out early, or simply craving something at any hour of the day or night. I also absolutely loved my room. The layout was unique and intelligently designed, giving the space a modern, boutique feel while still being comfortable and functional. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep after a busy day. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines modern style, comfort, and convenience. If you're looking for a hotel with a fresh, contemporary vibe and thoughtful amenities, I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Hello, I previously booked a room for my mother, from Jan 30 to Feb 6. She extended her stay in person after the original checkout date. However, I have not been able to contact her for the last 24 hours and I am worried. Could you please go to her room to knock and check on her safety? Please also tell her that her daughter is looking for her. She is an Asian woman with long black hair. If you need the Trip.com booking number or her full name, I can provide that as well. I would really appreciate your assistance in checking whether she is safe. Thank you very much.”

“Exactly what we expected from Holiday Inn Express. Clean room, nice pillows, good hot showers, quiet upgraded Ac/heat, small workout room, good hot coffee all day, breakfast included (9:30 seemed a little early to end breakfast on the weekend but we were informed at check in so no surprise. ) Hospitality from staff at the hotel was 10 of 10! We were treated like we were at a luxury property! Rish greeted us and other guests with a big smile and pleasant words no matter how busy they were. I watched Donovan work so hard to keep the breakfast area stocked and clean and he was beyond kind and accommodating even as folks continued to stroll in for breakfast over 30 minutes past the time the service was scheduled to end. Also shout out to Andrew for keeping the common areas tidy and making guests feel welcome as well. Would definitely stay again, close to fairground events! Only wish is that the pool opened a wee bit earlier than 10, so you could get a swim and still have enough time to comfortably shower and check out by 11.”

“Angelina was the person at the front desk who took a couple of calls from me to verify that I could get picked up from the airport and got me the shuttle for the next morning as well. Elaine the shuttle driver was also very friendly and helpful for getting everywhere I needed to go timely. Rooms were also comfortable! Great location too. Also, lady at breakfast gave me some breakfast past time of when breakfast was finished (15 minutes after). Excellent experience!”

“The room was missing a trash can and the elevator could use a little TLC (there was a weird thumping noise every time we went past the second floor), but overall was a great stay for a few nights. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the Cleveland area!”

“I recommend this place. Cleanliness, spacious, and tranquil. I am familiar with this place 10 yrs ago. Moved from California with my 93 yrs old mother. At this place, I have treasured memories of past 10yrs of pictures on old Blackberry Cell phone. We enjoyed the hospitality. The days I spent 3wks ago were for renewal ,peace, and my journey. At Quality Inn was positive outcome. Many Thanks !”

“Older hotel, friendly staff, close to airport. Room was very nice, lobby was nice, open & attractive. Breakfast is $12.95, however, when we booked the room, it included breakfast. I would not even pay $5 for this breakfast, it was nothing better than even a cheap hotel & not as good as McDonald's ( which I don't care for). We were only ones at the breakfast when we arrived & no one else came while we were there.”
