The lighting inside the building tho is TERRIBLE in my unit it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to see especially th 2/3 of it that isn't in front of the door I always have to bring a flashlight and there's no way to plug in a light to make it easier. Is prefer at least 1 overhead bulb in a sideways 10x30 unit.”

“When I came on the first day, my motorcycle did not fit in the storage unit. I went to the office and minutes later I was in a larger unit, all set to go. The staff also called me after making my reservation online to assure that I was all set and asked if I needed anything. I definitely will recommend Valley Storage!”

In my move from Columbus to Ohio, they moved a five-bedroom house worth of stuff with damage to only one side table. The crews on both ends cared about us and our belongings. They also were very respectful and had a great sense of humor (with me and together), making the move a more relaxing and positive experience. Will work with them on my next move, if possible.”

“Kevin and Marissa are the best! The property and all the units are extra clean. The owners are super accommodating in every way. We came in very late one night and Kevin allowed me to leave our fully loaded 26’ U-Haul in the back till the next morning.
They have moving dollies for use along with a super clean bathroom! They are so nice and helpful and worked with me finding bigger and additional units when I needed them.
No smells, extra clean, no spiders, dust, moth ball smells from other units, nice neighbors. I slept better knowing my stuff was always safe and secure with secure Storage Plus!

“The owner was a gentleman- I got the van rental with no problem. The van was clean- no hidden charges after my final receipt posted. Very easy transaction. I noticed in their office they have a dump trailer, skid steer, car and trailers for rent. For such a reasonable price too- that is an asset every community needs. “A great place to do business with. I store a boat there during off season months. They keep the grounds spotless. A friend of mine rents indoor storage and he is very pleased. One drawback was when we had a thunder and lightning and afterwards the gate wouldn’t operate. Just a minor inconvenience. Prices are very reasonable”

Contacted him in the morning through the website and within a few hours he got back to me and we met that afternoon and I had a storage unit. Great guy and storage there is amazing.
