“When I came on the first day, my motorcycle did not fit in the storage unit. I went to the office and minutes later I was in a larger unit, all set to go. The staff also called me after making my reservation online to assure that I was all set and asked if I needed anything. I definitely will recommend Valley Storage!”

“I LOVE Mill River Indoor Storage, it is truly the best place to rent a storage unit from. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and considerate. The facility itself is secure, well-lit, and temperature controlled. Super easy to move items in and out! “Kevin and Marissa are the best! The property and all the units are extra clean. The owners are super accommodating in every way. We came in very late one night and Kevin allowed me to leave our fully loaded 26’ U-Haul in the back till the next morning.
They have moving dollies for use along with a super clean bathroom! They are so nice and helpful and worked with me finding bigger and additional units when I needed them.
No smells, extra clean, no spiders, dust, moth ball smells from other units, nice neighbors. I slept better knowing my stuff was always safe and secure with secure Storage Plus!

The gate is a little annoying but it keeps property safe, they seem to have a good camera system on a property so safe place to store your stuff.”

“We rented an outside heated unit to store a ski boat and golf cart. The lot was large enough to maneuver the trailer. The unit was very clean and the parking area was well lit.”
“A great place to do business with. I store a boat there during off season months. They keep the grounds spotless. A friend of mine rents indoor storage and he is very pleased. One drawback was when we had a thunder and lightning and afterwards the gate wouldn’t operate. Just a minor inconvenience. Prices are very reasonable”

“Dan was such an upscale guy to deal with. I was going through a difficult situation (break up) had to move quick. Contacted him in the morning through the website and within a few hours he got back to me and we met that afternoon and I had a storage unit. Great guy and storage there is amazing. The lady helped us to get the motorcycle trailer out of the snow and then a nice gentleman even helped pull the truck to help pull the trailer, it was frozen to the ground and the road was slippery. Then even added some salt to the bed of the trailer so we were able to load our motorcycle safely! Appreciate the help so much! 5 stars!”
