Sam and his staff have always let us know what is going on, and when the vehicle may need something more, he's honest and upfront, but more importantly, when something is minor, the staff doesn't try to upsell you for services you don't need. “Customer service at this Noth Royalton location was top notch! The lady helped us to get the motorcycle trailer out of the snow and then a nice gentleman even helped pull the truck to help pull the trailer, it was frozen to the ground and the road was slippery. Then even added some salt to the bed of the trailer so we were able to load our motorcycle safely! Appreciate the help so much! 5 stars!”
“The owner was a gentleman- I got the van rental with no problem. The van was clean- no hidden charges after my final receipt posted. Very easy transaction. I noticed in their office they have a dump trailer, skid steer, car and trailers for rent. For such a reasonable price too- that is an asset every community needs. Very considerate to your neighbors to offer these services and keep the cost affordable. I’ll be back! Thank you!”

“I rented a truck today from this location. I had a small issue with the truck information and the rental person had it fixed in no time. She was pleasant to deal with and even though it was Friday afternoon and her shift was over, she took care of the issue and I was on my way. Great experience and great price.
