Your E. Mansfield street branch is full of helpful and knowledgeable people! We moved to Galion 13 years ago and refuse to switch to a closer bank because we love our Bucyrus First Federal branch. Cassie and the others that went out of their way to help me today are what keep us with this bank.

I have had an account at FFCB for several years. Whenever an issue has arose the staff is eager to help. Kylie, the branch manager at the East Mansfield St. location, is always so helpful as is all her staff. The people at the downtown location are customer focused too!
