“Im glad Bucyrus has this store because we do not have a big name hardware store.The staff are friendly and they have just about anything you would need when doing home repairs,plumbing,tools,paint,power equipment etc.
I will say as others have mentioned in the reviews, the service department in the back is mediocre at best.The guys working back there weirdly have a massive ego and act like they know everything ever.If you try to talk to them about a problem you are having with equipment you brought in-forget it! It doesn't matter if you are a master certified mechanic they still know more than you and you are wrong LOL.”
