“I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Pine Tree Towing and Recovery for their kindness and professionalism during a very stressful situation. On March 16, 2026, my son was traveling to college when he was involved in an accident after hitting snow in Ohio. He was in an unfamiliar area with no family nearby, and naturally, I was extremely worried. The tow truck driver was not only professional but also genuinely caring—he made sure my son was safely dropped off at a hotel so he wouldn’t be stranded while we figured out our next steps. That meant more to me than words can express. Every time I called the company with questions—whether it was about their location or next steps—whoever answered the phone was always polite, patient, and clear. That level of customer service is rare these days. Today, I received a piece of mail from Pine Tree Towing and Recovery, and inside were my son’s Social Security card and his gas card. I was honestly amazed. In a time where people often overlook doing the right thing, this act of integrity and kindness really stood out. Thank you for going above and beyond. You are truly good people, and it shows in the way you do business.”
