“My son had an accident and had the car towed here. They didn't actually do any work to the vehicle because insurance totalled it out however the staff was great! They kept me updated on what was going on and the steps I needed to take. If I ever actually need work done I would take my car back here.”
“After being led in circles by ohio specialty in bucyrus costing multiple thousands of dollars. We finally found a good machanic Greg's had to be the one to deliver us the bad new that the other shop had taken advantage of us an replaced parts that didn't need replaced an also didnt use the right parts for that vehicle so we had to spend even more money to get it fixed but haven't had any issues since taking it to Greg's an its drives like new since we took it to their shop so we will only be taking vehicles to Gregg's from now on ?”

“It's hard enough to find a shop to work on a diesel truck as it is, but to find one that goes above and beyond is super rare! Well I've found just that here at lube depot! They got me right in, went above and beyond what I was there for, and had very fair prices. Best of all the customer service was top notch. They are very good at what they do and there is no such thing as a stupid question. I have finally found my mechanic!”
“They helped me greatly. I was looking for headlights for my 2002 Airstream Class A motorhome, Amazon had them listed (vintage F-150 headlights) at $185/pair, but no longer in stock and unknown when they would get them. Mr Tailight not only had them in stock but theirs included the halogen headlamp bulbs where Amazon's did not! The price was only about $5 more. Owners very friendly and helpful. I had lived in Morrow county for over 30 years but never had opportunity or need to visit Mr Tailight but will highly recommend them to anyone I know needing lights, grills, body panels and more! Pix below of the old and then the new. I had tried buffing them out but it only lasted about a month or so. The old headlights have 100,000 miles on them so I guess it's ok the plastic is worn out from all the road debris hitting them, eh?”
“Use on a regular basic. Had brakes and rotors done a year and a half ago. Had to get new one. They had no record of it. Had to pay again almost 700. Speaking brakes was driving me up the wall.”
