We've been using Bob's at least 15 years. Service and price is reasonable and reliable. He keeps a our cars and vans on the road.

Was driving up 71 N for a work trip in Cleveland when my flap came loose. Called here and they stopped what they were doing to help me out and get me back on the road for my meetings. Huge help and very thankful. They did a great job!
