After a horrible experience with Verizon, I stopped in the Cricket store in Cambridge. Collin was so helpful. He explained more to me in 10 minutes than days dealing with Verizon. I came back a couple weeks later with my phones and he set everything up with no hassels. Would highly recommend!!!
