“Paul was the only representative that was working at the time of our visit at the AT&T in Cambridge OH. He was using every second helping everyone as much as he could. He was very polite and stayed focused to each customers needs as he moved around to assist everyone. If he was waiting on something to finish downloading on a customers device he would assist someone else.I have been with AT&T for many years. I will say Paul is the first AT&T employee that I have encountered that assisted multiple customers to make sure everyone was helped before leaving.Paul deserves to be appreciated and commended for his excellent work.”
