The lady st Subway that took my order was super rude. Didn't even greet me. Couldn't even ask what I wanted, just said what bread? Sorry its a hassle to do your job that tour being paid to do. No idea what her name is because she wasn't wearing a name tag. Been here one time and will probably never order from there again.

Small not good but brenda on subway was great. The cashier, big girl was so hateful that is a shame she works with ppl. Nasty attitude. Place a little bit nasty also.

This woman is extremely unprofessional. As soon as I walked in. I said hello and she looked at me as if I was stealing. I asked for a shower then she asks where did I park. I told her in the free parking spot, she asks me again where did I park, told her free parking spot. She then ASKS me again if I parked in the fuel pump as if I was lying. I told her are you serious right now ? She gives me the keys to the shower w an attitude. I come out and ask her for her name & she says she doesn’t have to tell me her name. I wanted her name because I felt very uncomfortable on how she treated me & I don’t want her treating other people the same. If you hate your job, go find another job. It’s as simple as that

Absolute disgrace of a truck stop. Only 17 parking spots and they don’t follow by reserve space parking. Paid 18$ for parking and they said “ well we can’t make them move…” ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Good luck getting fuel or even using the cat scale without someone blocking you in. If you are a truck driver, don’t go here.

Probably one of the worst pilots as far as a place to shower. I came in the middle of the night, no one was in the fuel isle, all parking was taken and I had to quickly shower. It doesn't let you reserve the shower thru the app so you have to ask the clerk. First thing she asks is if I'm parked in the fuel isle. I told her I have no other option because there's no where to park and the fuel stations are empty because it's a Sunday midnight. She still gave me a little hassle so I told her I was only gonna use the toilet so she said fine.. And now for the toilet area in the bathroom. I'm sick and tired of these stupid toilets where the TP 🧻 dispenser is taking up half the area so I have to sit almost sideways on the toilet because my shoulder space is being taken up. 🤦🏽♂️ This is a tiny pilot so if you can avoid this pilot, do so.

Thank you again Pilot! Pilot/Flying J are definitely my preferred fueling stops, and I plan my runs accordingly. Team member James came to my assistance very quickly, his pleasant demeanor made for a stress-less fueling stop. He's definitely an asset to this location!
