“I told him the wrong side/ tire at first, and he didn't get mad at all. Laughed with me. Very polite. And quick, despite jacking up the wrong end of the car at first since I don't know my left from right apparently. Patched my tire for $20 flat, had a drill bit stuck in it. Aaa wanted almost $30 and didn't have an appointment for 4 days so I'll take it as a win. Thank you!”

“Highly recommended. Great communication. Pleasant, professional and down-to-earth staff. Knowledgeable and trustworthy. Tri-City has been around for a long time, so I knew I would be having an experienced, concerned, and hard-working professional that knew what he was doing when I trusted my 2002 Buick to him, and Rodger really came through for me. 👍 The cost was very reasonable, and I am happy with my decision to have Tri-City do the work I needed. I am especially happy to know that there are good guys in the world with us like Rodger and Butch. They went above and beyond, and did right by me.”

“Bought Cooper tires and had a vibration. I have been back 3 times and still have a vibration. I was told if the last effort did not fix it then maybe I should consider an upgrade in tires. I have already spent nearly a $1,000 on tires, suggesting I should spend more to fix the problem did not sit well with me. I will say the team at this location has tried to solve the issue, we’re just not there yet. I would give 5 stars if this issue gets resolved without me spending more to do so.”
