“Mr. Auto is 100% reliable. I had a flat tire and damaged wheels, and they not only gave me two tires and wheels for the price of one, they also travelled long distance to get the right wheels for me. I left with my car the same day, which I didn’t really expect.
Edit: although my initial 5-star review remains valid, I’m editing the review because my TPMS light has been on ever since the tire change. I asked the technician and he said it would clear after I drive it for a while. It’s been more than a month, but it’s still there, keeping me a state where I don’t know if it’s a problem or not.”

“I told him the wrong side/ tire at first, and he didn't get mad at all. Laughed with me. Very polite. And quick, despite jacking up the wrong end of the car at first since I don't know my left from right apparently. Patched my tire for $20 flat, had a drill bit stuck in it. Aaa wanted almost $30 and didn't have an appointment for 4 days so I'll take it as a win. Thank you!”
