Eric is an amazing owner. He fixed my flat. I have tubeless tires and I didn't bring tools or a spare tube. I was biking the OTET and was in a serious bind. He got me back on the road quickly. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a wonderful experience at this very helpful bicycle shop, got a flat tire on the rear of my fat tire e-bike, I left the bike with them and within just a couple hours they called me and said it was ready to go, what great service and very much appreciated! I will definitely be a customer for many years to come!
