“This guy fixed my bike when the manufacturer and three local bike shops wouldn't. "Legality" was the reason a place in the valley would not work on it. Probably cause I didn't and wouldn't buy one from them. E bike and regular bikes, this man is a master of his craft!”
“I visited Ernie's on Saturday and purchased a new bike, water bottle holder, streamers, helmet, bell and phone holder. The employee who helped me pick these out was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had me take a test drive on the sidewalk behind the store and gave me advice on what to choose or think about for each item. The bike mechanic inspected the new bike, raised the seat and did some other things to get it ready to go. He loaded the bike in the back of my truck. Both employees explained the first free tune up and encouraged me to call with any questions.”
