“Came in needing to return two identical items from the same seller but with different shipping instructions, and these guys, Ramon especially, but the manager too, were AMAZING about helping me feel less stupid about it and giving me all the time to double and triple check the items. And I had no tape at home, and they didn't make me buy any or feel like a burden for needing them to tape it. They were grinning and happy and made my anxious, sad day SO MUCH BETTER. The whole experience was just so far above and beyond even a perfectly pleasant shipping experience.”

Just sit and watch the area, this staff deals with a lot of different personalities, homeless addicts while still remaining attentive to the needs of the customer.
