While traveling through the area, pulling a camper, we had some mechanical issues. We determined it was the alternator and after contacting 4 other autoparts stores, NAPA is the only one that had one. They graciously allowed us to park on the parking lot for well over an our while my husband replaced it.

Needed a part and they made sure I left with the right one vs a competitors store selling me a different but similar part that “should work just fine” but didn’t at all. Staff are friendly and always have my order ready to go soon after I place it the website.

I have always considered NAPA to be one of the more expensive sources for parts, but I have to make it known. The consumables, like oil, plugs, filters, are cheaper at NAPA than Amazon...try it, not kidding
