We determined it was the alternator and after contacting 4 other autoparts stores, NAPA is the only one that had one. They graciously allowed us to park on the parking lot for well over an our while my husband replaced it.”

“I have been back to this store more than a dozen times this year, Tim has been an absolute pleasure each time, I've returned and even brought the staff lunch because of the quality of service. The woman states that Tim was unwilling to assist, but that's not the case she stated that she had no automotive experience, and didn't even know what the piece was that was protruding he had asked her if she felt comfortable doing anything to her vehicle she said she knew nothing about cars she stated that her handle on her car was broken and making a noise he stated that the handle was plastic, and that would require someone who knows how to repair the vehicle. He then asked her if she knew anything about cars, and she responded no and that she wanted him to help him with it. He exclaimed that he could not repair her handle in the parking lot, she was being demanding and rude telling him he needed to go outside and help her, then he asked for a picture and she stated that she didn't want his help, she then came back in the building to get his name and said she was going to leave a negative review, He again asked if she wanted him to give her some advice and she said no she did not want anything from him. I don't know what this womans issue was but she approached the store in a very rude manner and is now demanding that someone look closely at him and take him seriously - He did nothing wrong, my family will continue to return back to this store, My husband passed away a few years ago and Tim and all the staff members here have assisted me multiple times. He offered assistance on more than one occasion, she stated that she knew nothing about cars Genet Shame on you for trying to create an issue, I will continue to return to this store. I will continue to recommend this store to anyone that needs assistance, It's an absolute shame that I witnessed an African American sister giving this store a hard time I don't know if this will reach anyone that can check, but pull the cameras in the store, you will find that his interaction was not as she stated. She walked into the store denying his assistance and stated that she was just going to post a review instead, that is so sad that these online reviews can just be posted without verification of the incident we should not be allowing this to happen we need to check the cameras, clear the name of the store because they are absolutely wonderful. AGAIN SHAME ON YOU GENET, I hope that whatever demons you're fighting they don't burden you to impact any other businesses/Employees. I am absolutely appalled that the store allows this misinformation to be broadcasted to the public without verifying it first, It's really disheartening I hope that there is a review and verification process put in place otherwise who knows who else this will impact.”
