“I went to the service desk when I walked in and dropped money on the floor, not aware I did that. I went on my way. The girl working behind the counter found me shortly after to make sure I got my money back and I was pleased. I don't know her name but it was around 1 pm on Monday. I was so thankful for her taking the time to look for me. She's a great employee. Thank you again.”

“Giant Eagle is close to my home, so it is my store of choice. Some things I used to have to shop elsewhere for because of the prices, but the last few months they seem to be competitive. Prices at Sparkle, which has NO selection of anything, are considerably higher and the produce is low quality. My Canfield store is clean and the people are friendly AND they deliver! At 65 with a homeboy d husband, that is a great help for me. It's too bad after so many deliveries you don't get a free one!! I'm happy that you are in my neighborhood, and you are giving us price breaks AND you deliver. Please keep the three pks of distilled water in stock more. That's my only complaint!”

“Night and day to the Austintown location. Honestly, a lot of these reviews likely come from the entitled locals (I mean, proof when you can complain about toilet paper shortages in 2020. Suck it up, Karen). The pharmacy staff was very polite and helpful. I called about getting an egg-free flu vaccine and they only had one left. The tech very kindly set it aside for me. There was a bit of a wait between checking in and getting the shot, but it wasn't bad. The store is clean and well stocked (2020 shortages excluded), and I've never had an issue with an employee.”

“I want to add onto the previous review. Since I had such a good experience, we've been coming to this location for our weekly grocery shopping. We come in late evening, yet everything is still very clean and well-stocked. Employees are all helpful and kind. I feel a lot more comfortable coming to this location than other area stores.”
