We went to a viewing and I have never seen a worse job. I’m so shocked that I don’t understand what or why they would have an open casket if they weren’t going to make them look good. This body was gray and looked horrible for a young girl. It was awful and I can’t get the image out of my head.

I would never recommend Lane, very poor service. They were no where to be found.
