“My letter carrier went completely above and beyond today and I want it known to all. I’m elderly and live alone. I was trying to get my trash to the curb and was slipping and sliding. A fall would be awful. He saw me and took charge, taking my trash bin all the way down my driveway!! I wish I would have gotten his name but he delivers on Churchill across from dollar general. Thank you Mr Postal Carrier!!”

“Super easy kiosk for busy days when in a rush to drop off packages or needing stamps. The postal employees are so nice and helpful. And my mail man Garry( i think he does West blvd) is the best post man ever! Thank you for carrying my 20 packages up 3 flights of stairs nearly every day. 😆”

“This post office is awesome. I was wondering why the huge line seemed to calm when I first went in. It turns out that they had no reason to be upset. You know how post offices tend to be overheated or cold or somehow both? Not this one. It was comfortable. There was one person at the counter, Ken, and he was fast, friendly, polite, and somehow made the transaction fun. It was the best post office experience ever.”

“Staff was super helpful. Saved me from a serious mistake that would have costed me a major inconvenience. Friendly, convenient...it's a much smaller post office that the one in Austin town so don't expect to find allllll the variety of greeting cards n all the many different things ...or like downtown Youngstown...think...bare minimum but definitely enough to get the job done in most cases! It's only a small space tho they can't fit all that kind of stuff!”

“I have had the absolute best customer service from Salem Ohio Post Office. Over and over again I have had a pleasant experience. Extremely helpful staff. They seem like they honestly want to help you. Good customer service is rare these days. Figured I might as well give them some public praise.”

“Unlike Charlotte in New Springfield they wont physically smack your hand off the card reader and then proceed to yell at you for trying to rate badly after your transaction at the table. Very nice people at this location!”

Have yet to come in & Ronda not be there. I'll walk out & return when she is! Appreciate people & be kind, be extra amazing, like Ronda!”

“Always welcoming attitude- Never need to wait long with each visit. *I recently had to get a p.o. box for my mail and the staff was very thorough with explaining the agreement- Otherwise, they were so hospitable in setting my mail aside until I could make a decision on what to do next with my unfortunate situation. I found some form of calmness in a wave of chaos that was unexpectantly thrust upon me. The staff made my transition easier for a very sad time I was(still am) going through of being forced from my home after 30 years. With each and every visit Im still greeted with a kind familiar smile. Thank You ? Katrina”
