We did not make it there until a half an hour before they closed, and the workers still went above and beyond I feel! We are very pleased to say the least. So far so good! It doesn't work anywhere. I have proof of purchase and activation receipt
Been to the store twice called Citibank and Home Depot 800 Customer Service to no avail. Complete runaround. To make it worse the customer service dept lady treated me like a criminal when I walked in. She yelled " where did you get this."
Then said right away? " there are no refunds" very rudely. So am I out S100 plus $6.95 activation fee.
