“I have used Eastside Maytag over the years for appliance repairs, and they have done an excellent job and more importantly very affordable. I recently purchased a KitchenAid 'countertop saver' refrigerator from them and the order was placed. Not even knowing there was the same refrigerator with a dual ice maker at time we ordered. Once I discovered this, I made the call to Bryan (store mgr) and told him what I found and asked if he was able to cancel the current order and order the new refrigerator. Bryan made the call to KitchenAid, and he was able to cancel the order and make the changes to order the new one. This is a difference maker with Eastside Maytag, they do whatever it takes to please the customer, and this was a perfect experience I have documented. (there was some uncertainty if this could even be done since it was being shipped) I would highly recommend using Eastside Maytag for all of your appliance needs.”

“Had water heater break in the middle of the night and flood basement floor. After sucking up water, I called Home Depot and they sent an installer right away with the exact water heater. Contractor installed new water heater and in a couple of hours, he was done and gone. Installation was professional and fast. Fantastic job!”

“I just wanted to send a shoutout to Christine who went above and beyond to get me the light bulbs I wanted today. I grabbed the last box off the shelf and found her to see if they had more stored somewhere else. At first she thought they were out but she checked again and found a box on an unopened pallet in a different aisle. She then got a lift operator to get it down for me and searched through the pallet to find the exact box I needed. Great customer service! So appreciated.”

“I want to thank Aaron's for their service. The service in store was supreme, but let me tell you when they delivered my stuff I was extra impressed. Damien and Shawn(I'm sorry if I spelled names incorrect) went the extra mile let me tell you. They didn't leave until everything was hooked up completely and correctly. I want to thank them both for their great customer service and man power!!!”

“Adrian at Home Depot was incredibly helpful! He took the time to walk me to everything I needed and even walked me back to the cashier when I was finished. As a single mom who never knows where to find what I need in a home improvement store, I really appreciated his patience, kindness, and willingness to help. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Adrian!”
