“5 stars only because of Bonnie. The guy today that is working with her, not so helpful and quick to brush us off and out the door. She rook her time and looked up what we needed without having to go home and make another trip back. He also had the part in stock, and he kept saying he would more than likely have to order it, and it would be a while. Now my 84 year old mother has her dryer fixed and working on the same day, all thanks to Bonnie saving our day!!”

I got a call from an investor who needed my services in the Akron Area, so I called Eagle Rental and they were beyond helpful. They made my job TOO EASY. I walked in, pointed out what I wanted for my clients property and they delivered and arranged it all the very next day. All I had left was to buy and arrange the rest of the Decor and bar stools. I imagine we will definitely return. Thank you guys!!”

“I give 5 stars because of Tiffany she is awesome she has went out of her way to do things and get things done for me we have been customer's for almost 2 years and if it wasn't for her and Matt we would of went elsewhere I do want to say when Matt left shame on Eagle for over looking Tiffany as his replacement she knows and does more then anyone else there. She should be running the place and I am sure others would agree.”

“I just wanted to send a shoutout to Christine who went above and beyond to get me the light bulbs I wanted today. I grabbed the last box off the shelf and found her to see if they had more stored somewhere else. At first she thought they were out but she checked again and found a box on an unopened pallet in a different aisle. She then got a lift operator to get it down for me and searched through the pallet to find the exact box I needed. Great customer service! So appreciated.”

“Today I went to Home Depot for two things they had me get in line I was in the store in about 2 minutes once inside the nicest employees told me what aisle I needed then two very friendly employees helped me get exactly the product I was looking for I found it on their web site then the line to check out went fast I was in and out quickly. “Laruen an Stephine are one of if not the best employees I have ever met. They helped me get what I needed because of my situation. They also went way above and beyond and helped me safely sucre my bed frame and mattress to my car (2017 Ford Focus) They offered to help me home to make sure I would be safe. They asked me to call them to make sure I got home safe. I don't know how long they have been working there and their pay status but if eligible both of them deserve a lot of recognition. They barely new me and went way out of there job description to help me. They are two unique people.”
