Eric has been nothing short of the best service period. these guys have been getting all my orders done as well as my machinery taken care of for years, but this week, something went wrong with My AR pressure washer that I had just purchased from PDP, instead of being a pain in the butt, making me deal with warranties and just leaving me to deal with it on my own, Eric personally came to my shop, deal, dealt with the warranty, installed it, troubleshot it, and still was able to get my orders placed and work around my schedule, all in one fellow swoop.
