Professional Detailing Products is a store with great staff and incredible products. The team is friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Staff are very respectable, professional, and take the time to offer advice and answer questions. They are helpful with recommendations and putting customers on to new products. The training center is serious and well-regarded. Many customers find it to be their favorite place and the only detailing supplier they trust, leading to excellent retail experiences. However, some customers have been disappointed by the hours. One drove over an hour to find the store closed on a Saturday, despite online hours stating it was open, noting the store is closed Saturdays from November through February. Despite this, the convenience of picking up products on the fly is considered a game changer for former online shoppers.
