“I'm not sure who these other reviews are talking about, but everyone I've ever dealt with here at this branch, are excellent!! Abigail, Mark & Rachel have always been professional, courteous and friendly. Also, the denied bonus for opening an account is also a bogus statement. I opened a savings acct here because of a bonus offer, and I received that bonus as promised. Plus, the location of this branch is a convenience for me close to home.

“Everything was executed in a positive and professional manner. We needed to make an appointment for our car loan and the teller on duty made sure we could see a loan officer as soon as possible. Our loan officer (Mr. Frey) worked for hours to get us the best loan possible. He was informative, patient, taking care of all details and communicating with the insurance agent and auto dealership. In some businesses, employees work with clients because that is their job, at the Lake Cable CSE Credit Union the employees truly care, not only in this experience but the many experiences I had doing business with them for over 45 years.
