“Everything was executed in a positive and professional manner. We needed to make an appointment for our car loan and the teller on duty made sure we could see a loan officer as soon as possible. Our loan officer (Mr. Frey) worked for hours to get us the best loan possible. He was informative, patient, taking care of all details and communicating with the insurance agent and auto dealership.
