Love bath and body works however this location loves to accuse people of shoplifting. I was testing scents because yall keep getting rid of the good ones. Got asked what was in my bags. Are you kidding me? Rude as heck. Do better.

I have spent lots of money at this store with my mother over the years. That’s why I’m a little disappointed to learn that they let people return used products but they won’t give my mother what she previously already paid for and they did not put in her bag (with her receipt showing she was charged for) . Staff has become rude and overbearing. If it wasn’t for their own lack of communication they wouldn’t constantly have so many problems. It is really not hard to take an extra 2 mins out of your day to make someone else’s.

I’ve been so disappointed in this location the last 4 times I’ve come here. No one smiles at you and if you ask them a question, they act like you are bothering them. There is this much older woman particularly that just makes us feel so unwelcome. So much so that today I’ve decided not to return. We are learning not to spend our money where we are not wanted.

Terrible experience "trying " to shop at Belden Village mall location, this past weekend. I do not mind being asked if I need help once or twice. By the FIFTH time, I told the girl I really would like to just shop without being interrupted every 3 or 4 minutes . I usually spend about $85 when I go in to any location. I only spent $23 because I couldn't wait to get out of the store. You are driving people OUT of the store with overly aggressive sales people! I really would have looked around much longer and purchased more. The cashier on the other hand was very rude and didn't even thank me for my purchase...cashier # 3797743...was number on receipt,did not catch her name. I will NEVER shop that store again. There are plenty of brands that make nice smelling products. Don't need to overpay for this kind of treatment.

Very unfortunate incident at this Belden village store. It was Saturday February 15, my sister, niece & I were just trying to browse & shop. At least 5 staff members approached us as we shopped throughout the store, it became more annoying with each clerk. I understand they are probably told they have to ask you what you're interested in but this CONSTANT asking if you have the app, then several other questions was terribly annoying. We wanted to say we'd really like to shop in peace. . We understand maybe having a few people at the door to tell customers the specials but it was beyond ridiculous being hounded to the point i actually left the store. My sister & niece did purchase some soaps, but we would have all shopped longer had we not been constantly asked questions.
One clerk who did not like our responses to her, was whispering to the clerk behind the counter ringing up my sisters purchase, that clerk was then very rude to my sister as she checked out.
Needless to say, all 3 of us will NEVER shop this store again.

The Service is top tier. The girls are all so helpful. I enjoy shopping at this location every time I go. I went for lotions and sanitizer that I can keep in my pocket. Success.

I guess I wasn't dressed properly but I was ignored with no one on the floor asking to help me and I needed help. Where I work we treat everyone with the utmost respect so I noticed when I wasn't. I might have spent more money but since no one asked to help me, even though I saw several employees on the floor not helping anyone, I didn't.

Went in to purchase some car fresheners, and maybe a couple rooms sprays......got them and also this pumpkin 🎃 😍. Oh, and I was picking up an online order. The staff was great! Friendly, and very helpful! The store looked great! It was clean, and well merchandized.

New scents suck and are geared towards Halloween no thank you. I like the gingham apple hand cream the scent is wonderful and the cream feels great very moisturizing. Employees were pleasant but some customers were rude
