I recently had an issue with a prescription (high cost) and the pharmacy personnel were extremely kind, concerned and helpful.

If there is ever a problem, just ask for help or a supervisor, and they'll gladly fix the issue. Especially with coupons and the CVS coupon app problems. These have been my experiences so far. Compare prices because quite a few items I saw much cheaper very nearby. Like, $3-$8 dollars cheaper.
