Went to do some Christmas shopping and they didn’t have the shoe I wanted so I left was about to buy them at another store but they didn’t give military discount. Justin (store manager)tracked me down told me they had the shoe in and I was able to purchase it WITH military discount. Thank you Justin

Staff is always courteous and very helpful even if they don't have it they will point you on the right direction.

I was there yesterday to buy 4 140 dollar shoes. The sales people was probably the worst I've ever dealt with. They just stood around talking to each other. My wife picked out a pair of shoes. The girl didn't even try to tell her that they was youth shoe. Which isn't that big a deal but they acted like we was inconveniencing them and trying to find us shoes. I expect when I pay that much money for four pair of shoes and I buy 20 plus pair a year. I expect some good service will never be back.

I am pretty sure they sold me knock off Jordans. My girl bought a pair of Jordans on Christmas eve, I got them on Christmas, I wore them for about 3 hours and noticed the toe of the shoe was wavy and looked like maybe the material was sew on wrong around the front of the shoe. Anyway, I took them back to the store and was told they cant exchange them, I was told "its a nike problem, we just sell the product" the manager was unhelpful and told me "you shouldn't have bought them" I told him my girl got them for me for Christmas and his reply was "she shouldn't have bought them"The staff are young, inexperienced and unprofessional. I LITERALLY GOT SOLD TRASH SHOES AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD IT WAS MY FAULT FOR BUYING THEM. These shoe are not wearable, not to mention they cost $175. I am going to contact nike directly about the shoes and I will never shop at JD again. Foot Locker and Finish Line at least stand behind their product.To the owner, you need to check you employees, Justin is a horrible manager at Belden Village, "you shouldn't have bought them, I wouldn't have bought them" thats how he handled this? SMH

Good place for tennis shoes. Wide variety. Good prices. 4- Only because everyone was school shopping. It was crazy in there.
