Called me while I was at work to ask if I want to come in and talk about some kind of account we schedule an appointment I show up a few minutes early and staff doesn't know what I'm talking about and then expect me to wait. Thanks for wasting my time. Next time you schedule an appointment be ready.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Worst bank ever! They flat-out lied about having gotten in touch with us about our loan. Save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere for your banking needs!

I have had no problems with this branch. I was happy to be able to stay at the same location I have used for years. The change over from First Merit was simple with no problems. Everyone at this branch has always been very caring and helpful.
