Please, please save yourself nothing but headaches and stress and DO NOT bank here! Too many fees, automatic holds on checks including ones from KeyBank. The staff is great but that is the ONLY thing good about this bank. I wouldn't have given any stars but that wasn't an option. Simply put just don't bank here!

Friendly service and they was very patient with my autistic son when he went in to open his own bank account. We didn't feel rushed and she took her time to listen to what my son was saying and definitely treated him like an equal. Which is definitely a win in this moms book !

Great service and staff. Don’t listen to all the negative reviews. My assumption is they had bad credit, bad checks, or bad identification and couldn’t get the services they felt were owed but they didn’t deserve. This town is full of these types of folks.
